Design outcomes

  1. 01

    Daily Mood Tracking

Users can quickly track their emotions every day, helping them recognize patterns in their mental well-being.

Mood check-in screen: six mood tiles — calm, joyful, tired, stressed, focused and sad — above a note-to-self field.
Six moods, one tap, with an optional note.
  2. 02

    Daily Streak Motivation

A streak system encourages users to build long-term healthy habits instead of occasional usage.

Home screen: a five-day streak row, the current mood, and a weekly activity chart with one missed day.
The streak and weekly chart sit above the fold, so a missed day is visible.
  3. 03

    Calm & Accessible Interface

The interface uses clean typography, generous spacing, accessible colors, and simple navigation to create a distraction-free experience.

Box breathing screen: a 4-4-4 inhale, hold and exhale pattern with a timer and a single start button.
One instruction on screen at a time during an exercise.
